王林，1983年出生。 2010年于獲得北京大學(xué)腫瘤外科學(xué)博士學(xué)位，擔(dān)任 北京大學(xué)腫瘤醫(yī)院 結(jié)直腸腫瘤外科 主治醫(yī)師至今；熟練掌握常見胃腸道腫瘤的外科治療，尤其是在直腸癌新輔助放化療、保肛手術(shù)、非手術(shù)治療等領(lǐng)域中，有較豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)并進(jìn)行了一些探索，治療的成果多次在美國結(jié)直腸外科年會(huì)進(jìn)行大會(huì)發(fā)言報(bào)告。 2013年8月至2014年9月，作為所在科室位赴美訪問學(xué)習(xí)的醫(yī)生，在結(jié)直腸癌診療權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)、全美綜合排名的腫瘤中心：紐約市 Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center 擔(dān)任臨床研究員。 門診時(shí)間：周四下午 協(xié)助顧晉教授在國內(nèi)倡導(dǎo)了 “術(shù)前放化療+手術(shù)治療直腸癌” 的綜合治療模式。對(duì)于直腸癌術(shù)前放療方案和手術(shù)方式的選擇，有豐富的理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 外科手術(shù)方面熟練掌握結(jié)直腸癌常見手術(shù)。 臨床科研方面：對(duì)于長療程調(diào)強(qiáng)放療/放化療有系統(tǒng)而深入的研究，發(fā)表中英文論文多篇。 基礎(chǔ)研究方面：對(duì)直腸癌規(guī)范化病理學(xué)研究方面，積累了較豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 在研項(xiàng)目： 直腸癌新輔助治療的臨床和轉(zhuǎn)化研究 學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議發(fā)言： 作者：Wang L, Gu J.
