王志華，醫(yī)學(xué)博士，副教授，副主任醫(yī)師，碩士研究生導(dǎo)師。于華中科技大學(xué)同濟(jì)醫(yī)學(xué)院畢業(yè)獲外科學(xué)博士學(xué)位（導(dǎo)師葉章群教授），畢業(yè)后留附屬同濟(jì)醫(yī)院泌尿外科從事醫(yī)療、科研和教學(xué)工作，曾先后于2010年5月參加美國泌尿外科學(xué)會(huì)AUA住院醫(yī)師培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目和2011年3月參加首屆中美聯(lián)合泌尿外科?？漆t(yī)師培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目，通過系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)掌握了泌尿系疾病的診療理論和作技術(shù)。2012年至2013年以訪問學(xué)者身份在美國西北大學(xué)從事泌尿外科臨床和科研工作，師從世界泌尿外科醫(yī)生CATALONA教授（“前列腺PSA之父”），專門研修泌尿系腫瘤的微創(chuàng)手術(shù)治療及晚期腫瘤的綜合治療，特別是在前列腺癌，膀胱癌，腎癌，腎盂及輸尿管癌，腎上腺腫瘤等方面的診治水平已與國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化治療同步。2015年5-6月被醫(yī)院公派至美國的西部癌癥中心-希望城（City of Hope）醫(yī)療中心進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格地機(jī)器人輔助腹腔鏡微創(chuàng)作培訓(xùn)，并獲得機(jī)器人作培訓(xùn)證書，在泌尿系腫瘤微創(chuàng)治療的研究方面有較深造詣。并在微創(chuàng)技術(shù)方面進(jìn)行了改良與創(chuàng)新，國內(nèi)率先提出C.R.P.C四步法腹腔鏡下前列腺癌治好術(shù)，使該術(shù)式解剖清晰，出血很少，并發(fā)癥少，尿控等功能恢復(fù)快，并多次通過會(huì)議演講或手術(shù)演示的形式予以推廣。在膀胱癌手術(shù)方面，總結(jié)性提出腹腔鏡下“L型盆腔淋巴清掃+四面一體法膀胱全切術(shù)”，該術(shù)式從微解剖層面將膀胱癌治好術(shù)的復(fù)雜程序規(guī)范化及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，達(dá)到了 淋巴清掃干凈，腫瘤切除有效，出血量很少（平均小于100m1），術(shù)后快速康復(fù)等目的。在腎腫瘤保留腎單位手術(shù)方面，采用“楔型切除+雙層縫合”兩步法使更多腎腫瘤患者靠譜保腎，快速恢復(fù)的效果。 從醫(yī)多年，對各種泌尿系結(jié)石，泌尿系或腹膜后腫瘤，及男科疾病有較豐富的臨床診治經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能熟練開展微創(chuàng)技術(shù)治療復(fù)雜性腎及輸尿管結(jié)石（經(jīng)皮腎鏡碎石術(shù)和輸尿管鏡碎石術(shù)），尤其擅長腎腫瘤、膀胱癌、前列腺癌、腎盂及輸尿管癌和腎上腺腫瘤等泌尿系腫瘤的腹腔鏡或機(jī)器人輔助的微創(chuàng)手術(shù)治療。在中南地區(qū)率先開展前列腺PSA篩查，早期診斷并治療前列腺癌。此外，在前列腺癌，腎癌及膀胱癌的個(gè)體化治療和多專科綜合治療等方面也積累了豐富的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)。目前主持自然科學(xué)基金及省部級課題共7項(xiàng)，合作參與其他各類課題10余項(xiàng)，發(fā)表專業(yè)論文40余篇。參編《泌尿外科關(guān)鍵決策》、《膀胱癌尿流改道手術(shù)學(xué)》、《前列腺癌診斷治療學(xué)》、《泌尿系腫瘤學(xué)》等多部專著。 目前擔(dān)任學(xué)術(shù)職務(wù)：美國泌尿外科學(xué)會(huì)（AUA）會(huì)員，歐洲泌尿外科學(xué)會(huì)（EUA）會(huì)員，世界腔道泌尿外科學(xué)會(huì)（WCE）會(huì)員，世界泌尿腫瘤聯(lián)盟（WUOF）會(huì)員，美國前列腺癌基金會(huì)（PCF）會(huì)員，中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)泌尿外科學(xué)分會(huì)湖北省青年委員，《現(xiàn)代泌尿生殖腫瘤雜志》主編助理及編委，《漢斯外科學(xué)》雜志編委。并擔(dān)任《Molecular Biology Reports》、《Oncology Letter》、《國際臨床報(bào)告》、《中華實(shí)驗(yàn)外科雜志》、《中華外科雜志》、《腫瘤防治研究》、《臨床泌尿外科雜志》等雜志審稿人。 近年發(fā)表論文（部分）： 1.Wang Zhihua, Zhou Chun, Ye Qing, et al.
